At sportsvarsityjacket.com, we stand by the quality of every custom-made jacket we craft. Since all our varsity jackets are handmade to order, we’ve created a fair and transparent policy to ensure a smooth experience for you while protecting the craftsmanship that goes into each piece.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
If you cancel after 12 hours, we offer a 65% refund, as 35% covers material and production costs already started.

To cancel:
Email us at info@sportsvarsityjacket.com with your order number and request.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the issue is on our end, such as:

• You received the wrong size, color, or design
• The jacket has a manufacturing defect

✅ Eligibility Conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Provide:
  • Clear photos of the item (worn, if applicable)
  • A short description of the issue
  • An unboxing video (highly recommended for damage claims)

❌ Not Eligible If:

• You changed your mind
• The jacket has been worn, washed, altered, or tags removed
• More than 7 days have passed since delivery
• The order was custom-made (custom colors, patches, embroidery)
• Multiple sizes were ordered to “try on” (we reserve the right to reject such requests)

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for errors caused by us (e.g., wrong item, defect).

• Refund includes product cost only — shipping & taxes are non-refundable
• Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
• Once approved, you must return the item within 5–7 days and share the tracking number

Failure to return the item in time may result in cancellation of the refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

• If we made a mistake (wrong size, color, design), we’ll send the correct one free of charge.
• If you ordered the wrong size, you can still exchange but return shipping is your responsibility.

Customs Duties & International Shipping

We offer Free Express Shipping Worldwide yes, even to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

However:

• Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are not included.
• We mark packages as “gifts” where possible to reduce fees, but this depends on local laws.
• The buyer is responsible for any charges upon delivery.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
